We size Business Basic, Standard, Premium, Apps and E-plans to what you actually use — not what the biggest bundle sells. Reviewed annually.

Exchange Online, Outlook, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, SharePoint and OneDrive — laid out so people can find what they need.

Devices and endpoints

Intune policies, autopilot enrolment, MFA enforcement, Defender for Endpoint. Secure defaults, quietly applied.

Migrations

IMAP, POP, Gmail / Google Workspace, or tenant-to-tenant. We plan, stage, cut over, and verify — with minimal disruption to the day's work.

How we work

    Every licence, mailbox, group, domain and policy — mapped and understood before we change anything.

  2. Right-size the licences.

    Often the quickest win: no-one should be on Premium if Standard is all they use.

  3. Tighten the perimeter.

    MFA everywhere, conditional access where it matters, Defender policies configured, audit logs on.

  4. Ongoing operation.

    Monthly tidy, new starter / leaver processes, quarterly licence review, annual tenant health check.

Common questions
Can you resell the licences?
Yes — we can provide Microsoft 365 licences directly, or work alongside your existing CSP. Whichever is cleaner.
What about Google Workspace?
We migrate from it comfortably; we don't recommend running both in parallel long-term.
