How we work

Four quiet steps.

    By phone or email — in Welsh or English. A person picks it up, not a ticket queue in another country.

  2. We connect, with your consent.

    An encrypted remote session. You see the cursor; you can revoke access at any moment.

  3. We fix it properly.

    Root-cause, not workaround. If the issue is likely to recur we tell you, and we record what was done.

  4. On-site, when it's needed.

    Hardware faults and cabling still need hands. We cover Gwynedd, Anglesey and Conwy in person; remote anywhere else.

Do I need a contract?
No. We work on retainers, per-incident, or on simple monthly arrangements — whichever suits your scale.
Is the session really secure?
Yes. AES-256 encrypted, initiated from your machine with a one-time code, ended the instant we disconnect.
